Special Services

The mission of Special Services, Johnson County Schools (SSJCS) is to support and collaborate with local districts to provide effective and appropriate education to all students, but particularly those with disabilities. For additional resources please visit the SSJCS home page: www.ssjcs.k12.in.us

1-1 iPad Initiative
(6-12)

Technology plays an important role in our lives today. As the district looked at options for the 1-1 in grades 6-12, we felt the iPad would best meet the daily learning needs of our students.

1-1 Netbook Initiative (3-5)

All students in the 3rd through 5th grades have access to 1:1 netbook computers. Incorporating technology into the daily routine engages students to achieve more and allows for the differentiation of instruction more easily.
